Welcome to the Roots & Figs submission portal! We're excited to review your work and appreciate you taking the time to share your manuscript with us.
Please read our submission guidelines carefully before submitting. We accept both fiction and non-fiction manuscripts, and we look forward to discovering your unique voice.
📘 What to Include
Please combine the following into a single file named after the title of your manuscript before uploading:
- Cover Letter: Your name, pen name, contact info, manuscript title, pitch, author bio, and confirmation of originality.
- Synopsis: 1–2 pages summarizing the plot (for fiction) or outlining key sections (for non-fiction).
- Full Manuscript: Begin with a title page, include a table of contents if applicable, and use proper formatting.
Accepted formats: .docx or .rtf. A PDF is accepted if it contains all components.
